This in-depth review ensures sustained welfare, legal compliance, and proper contract conditions. Coordinators verify worker-reported data and take corrective action when red flags are identified.
Paid monthly; proof of payment exists; no illegal deductions
Personal bank account; card access retained by worker
Continued free access to personal phone and communication
Still receiving 3 daily meals or allowance equivalent
Conditions still safe, private, and unchanged
Scope of work remains unchanged; no burden creep
No unauthorized transfers; documentation if transferred
If renewed, was informed and voluntary; embassy notified
