Urgent Notice for Families and Employers

If a worker is missing in Saudi Arabia, it must be reported immediately to:

  2. Embassy in Saudi Arabia
  3. In Absher System

Worker Reporting Process

Immediate Notification

Contact our agency, embassy and absher system within 24 hours. Families can call our office.

Provide Worker Details

Full name, passport number, employer details, last known location, and photographs.

Embassy Coordination

We immediately notify embassy who will liaise with Saudi authorities.

Family Updates

We provide regular updates to family members throughout the process.

Resolution

When found, we ensure worker's safety and arrange appropriate next steps (repatriation, counseling, etc.).

Required Information for Reporting

From Employers:

  • Worker's full name and passport number
  • Employer consent of rights and payments to worker
  • Date and circumstances of disappearance
  • Last known location and contacts
  • Recent photograph of worker

From Family Members:

  • Worker's full name and passport number
  • Last contact date and details
  • Employer's name and location in Saudi Arabia
  • Recent photographs
  • Your relationship to worker

Embassy Protection Protocol

When a worker is reported missing, our agency works directly with the embassy in Saudi Arabia who will:

  • File formal notice with Saudi authorities in Absher System
  • Check hospitals and detention centers
  • Coordinate with other community organizations
  • Provide consular assistance if worker is found
  • Arrange repatriation if needed
