Transfer Process FAQs

How does this differ from local transfers?

All worker transfers require additional verification with our agency as the original recruiter and notification to authorities, beyond standard Saudi transfer procedures.

What documents are required?

Original employment contract, worker's passport copy, current IQAMA, no-objection letter from current employer, and embassy consent form.

How long does the process take?

Typically 7-10 working days as we coordinate between Saudi Arabia and authorities.

Who pays the transfer fees?

By regulations, the new employer covers all transfer costs. Workers cannot be charged for transfers.
